Valley District Recognition Event

This year we will be having a special celebratory dinner in April of 2012 to honor and recognize all of the great volunteers that we have in Valley District.

Each year the Valley District presents recognition awards to adult leaders and scouters for their outstanding service to the youth of our community. The nominee's attitude toward and cooperation with the unit, Order of the Arrow, district and the council is also taken into consideration. We encourage every unit to nominate one or more individuals to be recognized at this years event.

In addition to our annual recognition awards we will be presenting an award for the Scout / Scouter / Alumnus / Retired Scouter that has had the greatest impact in Valley District.

Nomination forms should be submitted to the Council Service center before March 15, 2012. Nominations received after that date will not be considered for this year's awards. Get the 2011 Nomination Form here.
