    This course is being held in conjunction with the Valley District Merit Badge College at Front Range Community College, 3645 W. 112th Avenue, Westminster, CO  80031.

    Course Description

    This training provides these leaders with the basic information they need to conduct successful pack meetings.

    Learning Objectives

    This training provides information about responsibilities and duties of Cubmasters and Assistant Cubmasters. Topics covered include:

    Discussing the purposes of the Cub Scout program
    Learning what a Cubmaster does
    Planning and conducting a pack meeting
    Discussing Cub Scout behavior issues
    Having fun with Cub Scouts
    Learning how to use available resources to provide an exciting and worthwhile program for boys

    You must also complete the online Hazardous Weather Training (SCO_800) prior to attending and bring proof that it has been completed as this is a requirement for this position.
