The Ceremony will be held on the East side of the building where the flag poles are, which is part of the walk way to the building. All Scouts will have the opportunity to fold flags and anyone can carry a flag to the flame where it will be retired. We will be accepting flags to be retired plus a clip board will be available to write down any name of a person to be spoken and recognized as a part of this retirement ceremony.
We would also like to recognize any Scout who has earned, or will earn his rank of eagle during this 100th Anniversary of Boy Scout of America.
If anyone has ashes, we will be doing an ash ceremony at the end of the flag retirement. Please invite anybody and everybody to this event.
All Scouts young and old are invited! In addition, we would like to extend an invitation to any current or former member of our Armed Forces to participate in the ceremony.
If you have any questions please contacts: Leon Baber at 303 918 5511, Christian Andrade

p.s. we will need lots of help to make this happen, so please show up and ask: "how can I help."
